Today will be my official day back to training. Can't do any crunches and I have to go light on am work. Will update later today.

....so my 30 minute gym session was 10 sets of Bulgarian split squats on the Smith machine (35# bar), OH military press (8# sissy bar), cable oblique crunches (20#), and shoulder flye machine (15#) for 10 rounds.
120.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
