I get up every morning and weigh myself first thing, before I do anything other than say good morning to the cat. And each morning, I am delighted to see the number on the scale is slightly lower than the day before. Hooray!
196.6 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 61.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1661 kcal Fat: 50.75g | Prot: 51.28g | Carb: 263.34g.   Breakfast: yoplait boysenberry yogurt. Lunch: Classic Cola (Stock & Family Fridge Pack), 14" Pepperoni Pizza, Cornbread (Home Recipe), Tortilla Corn Chips. Dinner: Coke Classic 12oz bottle, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, Beef Meatballs, 100% Whole Wheat Hoagie Buns. more...
