Starting again. Heavy again - 106kg, size 20
I have joined the Xmas challenge so have a 12 week window to make big consistent changes.
Goals: Exercise 6x/week - 3 weights and 5 cardio (include jogging 3x) Eat regularly and stay under 2000 calories - must track daily! Drink lots of water - at least 2L
...and hopefully this means on 13 January 2013 I will....
reach 90kgs size 16 and able to run 5kms
