Just ONE beer (just a little alchool, that is) may make the (negative) difference. Got to wait until tomorrow to get rid of all that water my body retained...
226.6 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
