2249 kcal Fat: 57.28g | Prot: 239.17g | Carb: 200.78g.   Breakfast: starbucks spinach feta wrap, coffee, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries, Whey Protein, skim milk. Lunch: chicken breast, cucumber, bell pepper, bell pepper, black beans, cottage cheese, Baby Spinach, baby carrot. Dinner: green beans fresh, pork loin. Snacks/Other: apple , raw almonds, p90x recovery drink, pure protein chocolate peanut butter, string cheese. more...
