yummy lunch! a small pita bread with a slice of cheese toasted in the sandwich toaster until the cheese melted, plus leftover salad from last night, washed down with a cup of tea 😁
195.8 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 52.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
