wtf! lol not sure what I did wrong I didnt eat anything bad, also though weighed after coffee not before and woke at 245am thanks to the dog!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 53.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
