I am trying to eat more foods that are good for my mind, and TRYING to eat less sugar. Exercised 3 times in the last few days. It does make me feel better.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
