Gotta get back onto tracking my Calories closely. Goal is 1500 a day or fewer unless I get an hour of exercise, in which case I may go up to 2000 Calories.
Also, except for Mondays and Fridays, I am going to try to stick to a raw diet to help limit my options for getting too many Calories.
