I'm 10 pounds away from my goal and I'm sabotaging myself my sweet tooth is at all-time high I'm spiraling out of control ugh. I need to get back on track
139.9 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
