I signed up on this site not to loose weight, but to maintain my weight. I was just recently diagnosed with Hyperthyroidism in July. My normal weight is 98 pounds, but with my illness, I dropped down to 83 pounds. With much hard work, I was able to gain my weight back. My doctor is still adjusting my meds and I'm afraid of gaining weight from it. So, by tracking my calories and work outs, hopefully I will maintain my weight.
