I am sticking to my diet totally (even said no to cake this weekend, which I love) and finally got off 104.9 which I seemed to plateau on for 4 days but only lost 100 grams!!!! grrrr .... :(
231.0 lb Lost so far: 4.9 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
