Back to the work week and keeping track of food intake again. Busy and active day again yesterday...drank lots of water. Amazed that in a week's time I have had such awesome progress...imagine what I would be seeing if I was really exercising on purpose! I hope that for the last time in my life I have bid goodbye to the 230's...!! Yay for me!!
