reaching out and that is good. I'm sorry you have so many bad things happen to you, and see your pain. I was told by one person that he does not share with others what he is doing unless they ask. On the forum, one person told me NOT to listen to a certain doctor on YouTube and NOT to suggest it to others. My, my. I am 77, yo-yo dieted my whole life, now at a low weight I am prediabetic and have now learned why. Of course I can't tell you what's right for you and you have so many health problems, probably everyone is afraid to tell you anything. But apples and necterines have the same sugar as alcohol. I knew a gal who died of cirrhosis of the liver and she never drank. My own sister is about a size 3x (?) and takes insulin. A piece of whole wheat bread will turn to sugar in our bodies faster than table sugar. You must be insulin resistant, look on YouTube. Dr. Jason Fung is a kidney doctor treating diabetics and see what he has to say. Am I saying too much? I'm sorry, I'm just sorry to see you hurting so much. I have found a new way of life that is working for me, and it is the opposite of glucose (blood sugar) which can become deadly to us old folks. It is a hard transition so I have shortened my eating window to 8 or 6 hours a day, called Intermittent Fasting. My brain is clearer, my bladder problems are getting much better (interstitial cystitis) and I'm not losing muscle like before. I'm thrilled, and I want to be thrilled for you to get even a little better, but I can't say what is right for you. At least learn about Keto, perhaps on YouTube so you can make informed decisions. Of course you want to binge, of course you are hungry all the time, your body is running on glucose so in a couple of hours, or 3 or 4, its gone and demanding more. There is another way. Regardless, I'm with you, it's just heart wrenching to see you hurting so much. Hugs and kisses.
