No change. skipped lunch and had a nice dinner out yesterday and worked my booty off. wondering if the reason I'm not seeing a difference in my number on the scale is due to the fact that I'm gaining muscle ? I feel better not as jiggly but no change on the scale. hmmm.
144.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
