PT going well. Painful. Better everyday. I have to re establish an eating routine. Not eating enough. Going for my first day back to the gym also. Will do a lot of leg work.
181.6 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
