I was good for one week and when I found out that I didn't lose any weight I was depressed and stopped watching what I ate. Then now it's exam week and I haven't exercised or watch what I ate. I went out to eat often, mostly sushi and my roommates cooked pasta and made rice krispie treats. I had icecream about once a day... Edy's mint chocolate chip icecream is so yummy and refreshing. Then I ate spaghetti until I was bloated. I just ate half a bag of dorritos and talking about food is making me hungry at their very moment. If only fruits and veggies where cheaper. I only have $25 left to spend for a month and a half.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
