HELP ME!!! I can not stop snacking in the evening's. Before Christmas I had it in the bag and thought a gain at Christmas would of been fine and I would of got it off easily. I thought wrong! I can not get my head back into it. Tomorrow is a new day, and hope something will change in me. Have a lovely Sunday peeps. 💜
167.6 lb Lost so far: 42.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Throw snack in the bin and if you can get under duvet for the day sleep is the best thing to curb hunger and temptation.

i agree with the Weemack, just throw all snacks away and don’t buy more. If you won’t have them at home then there would be nothing to tempt you ^^

Let me change snacks to rubbish.lol.I mean All the left over chocolate from Christmas, we had 6 tins of chocolates bought us that's not counting all the bloody selection boxes the kids had. I've never had this amount of crap in my house and that's why it's so hard.xxx Thanks for your help guys.💜

I gave away my Christmas treats to the postman, window cleaner, and refuse collectors. Bought me some goodwill, made me feel good and got rid of the temptation. ( hated it really! Lol.)

One thing to do is drink water, this tends to fill you up, add ice and you get a boost in slimming, It takes calories to warm up the liquid. Alternatively have a real binge and scoff the lot. Creates loads of stomach acid, Nothing like having some aversion therapy

I've tryed bingeing on it all, and it makes me even worse.lol. I had a good day yesterday, I took the biscuits, one tin of chocolates and 3 selection boxes to my local Tescos for the food bank, I've still got loads but it's a start and thinking about it I don't want my children eating all that rubbish anyway. Thank you for tips and I'm gonna be trying to drink green tea throughout the day instead of just the mornings.xx

Snack on granola and natural yoghurt with small amount of honey does really fill you up

I’m a big 6’1 guy who always used to snack but I’ve been on this no carb diet and if I eat a whole bag (180g) of mixed leaf salad with my chicken or fish at lunchtime I really don’t feel hungry. Salad and veg stops hunger, I always have broccoli with my dinner now not mater what it is.
