Good day to start. Ran 4 miles at 5am and then weighed in at 156.8 so rounded up to 157.
Looking forward to another good day of food/fun/exercise and family activities.
Had a little extra fun saturday night with 3 scoops of bryers light ice cream nothing too bad but.......
