Well, starting today I am going to recommit to this before I undo all of the weight that I lost and all of the progress I've made. I wish I could really start using the gym again today, but I'm only 10 days post op. I'm gunna try the recumbent bike today and see how it goes.
123.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
