Well, I am up a couple pounds this week despite running my first 5K and cutting back on my snacking. I definitely know that I need to target my portion controlling. I ate out more than normal this week and can't think of many vegetables consumed...so I can see where there is plenty of room for improvement.

I am signing back up for weight watchers this week for the free trial week to see if that helps keep me on track and calorie conscious...

My October goal: log 40 miles running.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
