Did circuit training today and had healthy food. Went out for lunch but had a raw salmon poke bowl, usually I’d have been straight at the burger and fries so I felt quite proud that I made a good choice and still had a nice time.

Still no weight loss but trying to be positive and remind myself I want to be healthy.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
