hardly any damange from the Magical Kingdom.

Thanks Heather and Jess. I ate heartily in FL, but I knew the damage wouldn't be too bad - the food options down there were surprisingly good. Lots of whole foods on the menu, including fresh fruits and vegetables. The hotel restaurant even served quinoa in the breakfast buffet. But more importantly, we all burned a ton of calories. Almost constant walking, lots of stairs, child-carrying, and swimming.

Quinoa in a restaurant buffet? I'm going there now! Good job on the calorie burn. Did the kids have. Wonderful time?
