ok dat had ik niet verwacht! vriend was jarig.. taart voor de lunch, pizza voor diner en tijger nootjes bij de "borrel" ( wel al 10 dagen alcohol vrij!) 😊
152.6 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 9.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
