Its gonna be a long road, and yet i don't know why i keep sabotaging my diet by eating a lot of junk food. I get it out of my system and a birthday comes along and the cake and other stuff just eats at me. My main goal is AVOID AVOID AVOID and NO NO NO on any offerings of junk food. Everybody's saying is its just this one time. It wont hurt just once. Then i fall hard on my face in the junk world.
247.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
