darn it! but it's alright. I'm ready to take on the day and get back into work after slacking off on the weekend. gonna be tough on myself this week! have plans to go camping over the weekend...anyone have any good meal prep plans for me that are low calorie and easy to take camping?
144.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
