Last night I forced myself to excersize again. The new goal is twice a day so I jogged two miles last night. But woke up this morning early to go out again and didnt do shit sat in bed sleeping...Lol.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
