So I went back and was reading some of my journal entries and I am tickled & disappointed at the same time. I seem to continue to struggle with tanking my diet on the weekend and then hitting the gym really hard during the week to make up for my bad decisions. I am going to do better. I ran/walked 45 minutes Mon, Tues, & Wed. and then I did a 60 min Dance Jam class last night. I will take tonight and possibly tomorrow off but pick back up on my running Sunday. I've got White Rock in December and my goal is to get it under 12 minutes miles...may I have a lot of work!!!
