I knew Christmas and New Years celebrations were a write off. I decided not to count calories or record my food so I could enjoy myself and not feel guilty. The weight gain is the evidence of my overeating. 1st day back on the diet today!
248.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
