Not a good weigh in but I know I didn't drink enough water this week so I guess. 4 gain isn't too bad. I'm going to try for a lot more and see if it helps next week's weigh in.
100.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
