woo hoo! morning weigh in has me feeling really good. Going to be another good day! due to the weather I think I may do an at home work out off YouTube and do some weights/yoga. if the weather clears up tho I'll def stick to a power walk as well. wish me luck today!
144.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
