Period time, water weight and stressful week! No weight loss. Plus I haven't been sleeping well or exercising this week, not really besides the few minutes I do in the morning. This morning it was for about 5 min. Lots of stress at work and personally. Hard this weak. Gained a pound. Whatever, life I guess.
