Argghh... Shape up, come on already!
Body does not like carbs in bread and all. Perhaps a tad gluten intolerant? - keeps bloating. Body does not like running any more either :( nor Bikram - well, that just takes too long anyways. Body loves wine & cheese... but they don't like me back :)
