Argghh... Shape up, come on already!

Body does not like carbs in bread and all. Perhaps a tad gluten intolerant? - keeps bloating.
Body does not like running any more either :( nor Bikram - well, that just takes too long anyways.
Body loves wine & cheese... but they don't like me back :)



129.8 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
