Tough day again yesterday, but I had a lot of exercise with kids at the golf course, so I'm OK with it. I needed some extra calories to keep my energy up, but perhaps didn't really need to have 5 beers with my girlfriend at the softball game last night (or perhaps I did!) Anyway, I was happy to get up this morning and weigh in and see progress, so something is going right regardless of my imperfection :-)
231.0 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
