Mein heutiges Abendessen - Rohschinken, Harzer, Ei, Gurke mit Lachstatar, Tomaten - im Rohschinken habe ich ganz dünn Frischkäse rein gemacht -
120.2 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
