Thank you overindulgence Xmas and New Year 😅 Back at work today and easier to not snack. And wow, barely drank any water this festive season. No wonder i feel so sluggish. But at least i can get back at it now!
203.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
