Not understanding this.... I'm feeling better and stronger and lifting hard and dieting well. And not losing weight anymore. Years back, it was easy to lose weight, I lost about 45 lbs in 3 months and it just flew off. Now, still young-bodied, I am not losing weight very well
233.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Your probably at a plateau. To get over it you have to change up your exercising (or so i'm told). Because after awhile your body gets used to the same workouts. And lifting weights may increase your weight because your increasing the muscle.
