I hope I'm going in the right direction now. I only gained .6 from before my holiday eating lol . I'm going to push water and try to exercise so hopefully I can get it back down to 95 soon.
99.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
