approaching end of week 15. I am back to my lowest recorded weight in the last 15 weeks. Last time I touched this point was June 10th. It is going to be tricky the next two weeks, moving houses and everything that goes with it. If I can keep my exercising going, I can contain the damage. One day at a time approach may be best.
