I presume water weight from drinking and eating way too much on New Years Eve and then being hungover and laying around not doing a damn thing on New Years day...onward and upward from here!! Happy New Year everyone!!
219.4 lb Lost so far: 10.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
