Alarm went off, overextended calf 'pushing off' to stretch to reach it, pain like mad, still hurts when I stretch it fully, also getting some upper lip twitchiness. Think I'm heading into dehydration again, heading to store to get some unsugared sports drinks to boost my sodium and potassium.
246.9 lb Lost so far: 53.1 lb.    Still to go: 81.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
