Doing good with low carb, low fat, but I didn't get a chance to exercise hard this week. Just my 15 to 20 min in the morning getting my heart rate up helps a lot and getting plenty of sleep! I look forward to hitting 130. Lot's of thoughts and plans about maintainance!!! :)
