Going back down again with intermediate fasting works well but for long term probably isn’t the greatest thing but if you gain some weight in a weekend period this works to get rid of it and go back down to your original weight sooner
159.8 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
