I just cannot get motivated! I am reading a good book this week on weight issues and feel like I can finally move forward. I am still walking 4 miles 3 mornings a week, but am not watching what I eat. I hope to do better on the next weigh in.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

When I hit 250 again I said "Enough is Enough" and I got back on the WW wagon and am being accountable. I am tracking everything and weighing daily. I am walking 4 miles in the morning 4-5 days a week! I CAN DO THIS!
