trying the lipodrops diet and drops....drops not here but i started the diet eating every two hours till dinner then closing the kitchen...lets see how it goes, also started walk away the pounds 30 minute brisk walk dvd...
253.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 93.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
