I was gone over the weekend and forgot on Wed, so this is sort of a weird one.

I think my biggest problem is portion control. So this week I will:
1)When I eat at the dining halls, I will toss the food I do not want to eat before I go back to table 2) When I do not eat at the dining halls, I will portion out the food I want to eat and then PUT AWAY the food I do not 3) When I eat at the dining halls, I will make only ONE trip. If I do not get it on the first trip, I will not eat it. 4) At least 3 portions of fruits and veggies a day! 5) Only one cookie a day.
