Crazy 😝 But so much happier than yesterday morning. I logged my food yesterday and it works when you pay attention.
194.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It really does work! I log everything: the good, the bad, the wind, the gains. It’s definitely worth opening your heart and being brave. Being honest about food, drinks, exercise and feeling this great sense of community is what works! So glad you’re here.
