maintaining is better then gaining right? it's bouncing between 262 and 264. ping pinging almost. loads of water retention too. I'm sure that's my biggest problem. been so busy eating quick heavy processed foods I'm sure doesn't help lol.
262.2 lb Lost so far: 84.3 lb.    Still to go: 62.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
