I was STARVING for the past little while, but this week I felt a lot more normal and was able to cut down on the extra snacks. Sort of overdosed on fast food last week, which may have helped - I have been actually craving salads and veggies recently!
229.5 lb Lost so far: 45.5 lb.    Still to go: 69.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 0.7 lb a week

During my pregnancy, I loved fruit! If you're gonna overdo it, go for the fruit and veggies. If you need some snacks, have a hard boiled egg, or a few cups of fat free popcorn. Eat whenever you're hungry, but make sure everything you put in your mouth is nutritious and gonna feed your baby.
