Crap! Weigh-in was very disappointing this morning. Yesterday I was convinced that all the activity I did before and during the Burger Cook-Off on Saturday kept me from gaining weight. Little did I know that it was just hiding out for a day before it showed up on the scale.
Time to add some exercise!! Here's hoping for a big drop later this week.
